So it's a big deal to have a pic of this thing, when there's video of it? Ok...

Ok, that sucked. Next.

Well, it would have been a big deal had it been a real trolly that ran on a track.

Oh, and there was a city bus one time also.

"Clang, clang, clang," went the trolley,
"Ding, ding, ding," went the bell.
"Zing, zing, zing," went my heart-strings,
For the moment I saw him I fell.
"Chug, chug, chug," went the motor,
"Bump, bump, bump," went the brake,
"Thump, thump, thump," went my heart strings,
When he smiled, I could feel the car shake.

They sure don't write 'em like they used to.

In other news, the makers of Grand Theft Auto 4 pause momentarily, and consider adding yet ANOTHER vehicle to their newest effort.

If this was the Tijuana Trolley, it's best that I wasn't in town. I tend to get grumpy with people who delay my trip to Iguana-Ranos.

hey pooter,

this one time my neighbor in tx was on tv for running from the cops for not paying child support. dude was on tv with a chopper following him. now hes doing time in a "farked-in-the-ass" prison.

rofl, dude was a dick anyways. never game candy on halloween

by the way, you better have given lord of the rings:ttt a good review!

need to clarify.....i skipped the best part of my story. The reason the cops were chasing him was because he assaulted a cop when they were tryin to cuff him....seems he didnt like the idea of a man cuffing him as a little forplay or something.......so he hauled ass to his car and drove off for some time.....and then.....my story picks up....

Remember when martin from the simpsons sang that trolly song? Yeah, good times.

I'd always wondered if American cops chased criminals in excessive amounts (after watching blues brothers etc.)

this footage confirms that

and so does World's Wildest police videos, that show rocks

If I ever decide to steal an automobile, I will be sure to find something that can do more than 65mph...

the driver was probally trying to take the trolly to talaban

2002-12-30 07:10:03 PM
Who could of known that the San Francisco treat was headed to Mexico

...and why the hell do they still need the word 'allegidly'...I mean, is there some doubt that zooming the camera in the mans face with him holding up his gun give some doubt that maybe he is just getting his trolly back?

2002-12-30 07:30:46 PM
I thought to be called a trolley it had to run on tracks.

gah
2002-12-30 07:51:18 PM
Could there be a geekier vehicle to hijack? sheesh. Gimme a ferrari or a lambo or something Italian. But a trolley. What could the top speed possibly be for it? 40?

2002-12-30 07:55:39 PM
if there is a god, someone will dub over the audio with the trolley music from Mr. Rodgers.

I'm with Optikeye on this one. The video is kind of funny, but it would be a better story if the "tourist trolley" were, in fact, a trolley (a.k.a. streetcar). Incidentally, if anyone wants to try that, I will offer my legal services.

I remember the tank chase!! That was pretty crazy. When I first heard the report on TV, I thought this dude had hijacked a REAL trolley, not just the little old town tour bus. Sheesh. I had better news on that day, there was a pipe bomb scare at the PepBoys across the street from where I work. Didn't hear nothing on the news about that.
