It's about 110 miles south of where he took off from that day:

He probably faked his death to collect the insurance. Has anyone checked his attic?

Speaking of attics, that just gave me an idea. Maybe in his endless quest to break world records, he is attempting to break Anne Franks hide and go seek record.

Anne Frank couldn't fly. She was deaf/mute.

You're thinking of Amelia Earhart.

Greenspan.

Greenspan later went into hiding in a Dutch attic. He died of dysentery while his wife gave birth to their autistic son Alan.

Wasn't Norman Greenspan married to Andrea Mitchell or was it.. Ilona Staller. I can't seem to remember. This thread is confusing me.

Amelia Earhart couldn't fly either. She went on a boat trip for a three hour tour and ended up stranded on an island.

Anne Frank designed bookcases in Holland, hence the tie-in with Steve Follet, the book publisher. Sheesh.

She was the movie star on the island with Amelia Earhart. No word whether she is dUTCH.

I thought Fossett was a member of the 1927 Yankees infield, aflong with Gehrig, Lazzeri, and George "Snuffy" Stirnweiss.

None of whom were dUTCH, to the best of my knowledge.

I would like to formally retract my Weeners at this time, for no other reason but to end the suffering. I feel somewhat responsible for this train wreck. Kind of like that conductor of the commuter train a few weeks ago that ran head on into the freight train. If he had not been watching a movie on his iPod it would have never happened. Much like if I never started this, we would be having an intelligent discussion.

Well. If I had a dime for every time that statement came out of my mouth, we could find my car keys and drive out of here. Thanks filter for the reminder.
