There was a thread a few weeks back about Iran launching a rocket, which supposedly had some sort of satellite on it. The pic that went with the Iranian news story was also a Photoshop of the Shuttle, some ESA rockets, a sound system, and a table on wheels, all pasted together.

I don't think you understand. First of all, it shouldn't be a partisan deal to accept the hard truth and Iran is the number one sponsor and exporter of terrorism. Nearly every suicide bombing in the Middle East can be traced back to Iran. That's just a fact and it has been for many years. Secondly, you may be partially correct on the " bumbling " comment. I mean, the really bad photoshop propaganda is certainly funny. HOWEVER, they are trying to obtain nuclear weapons and in fact, their " bumbling " and erratic behavior as well as their martyr ideology makes that possibility far more dangerous than other nations have alwats been kept in check by the concept of MAD ( Mutually Assured Destruction ). Akmadinajerk and the religious leaders are twisted. They are not only not afraid to die, they want to. I'm not sure how understanding all of this is a Republican/Democrat thing.....unless you're saying that Democrats simply ignore the facts and the history. Obama said they were nothing but a nuisance, but he's a young guy with no understanding of the region. There are plenty of others who know exactly how dangerous they are.
