They could always use those little color capsules you work into the margerine. You know, the ones Brits use on their teeth.

Why not green or purple? That would be cool to put on toast.

FTA: The company produces about 13.636,360 kilograms of margarine a year.

It's good to hear Quebec is supporting small business but this could be too small... and oddly precise.

In European, ans Euro-influenced countries '.' indicates division in significant figures and ',' indicates decimal.

Feh. They repealed this in the U.S. in what, the 50's?

I would think green or purple margarine would sell as well as the green and purple ketchup they marketed in the late 90's.

Back when margarine first appeared in the states, Big Cow got legislatures to enact laws that forbade coloring it yellow. That kind of crap got tossed out long ago. Nice to see you catching up to us, Canadians.

Finally, Canadians can dye their artificial, butter-flavored grease a pleasing yellow color, reminiscent of actual, delicious butter.

It's about time. I thought we were going to have to invade to get this sorted out.

FTFY. It was a Quebec provincial law, not a federal one.

Am I the only Farker that immediately stops reading as soon as they realize it's a rhyme/song headline?

If I'm going to buy margarine, I'd rather have it be clear/white. At least then I know I'm not getting extra food coloring in addition to whatever other chemicals.

(yes, I also liked crystal pepsi)

As if we ever relied on the actual color of the stuff to know if it's butter or margarine...

And Control_this, it is "Je ne peux pas croire que ce n'est pas du beurre."

/French-speaking.
//Would kill for blue margarine.
