There's often no need to add "sic" to a quote in a news story. Everyone reading it either knows that people who are quoted in news stories are idiots, or is an idiot him/herself and 1. won't know what it means and 2. won't see anything grammatically wrong with the quoted part.

You know, yeah, there are. But seriously, that mall is 10 miles from where I live. I go there all the time. I went there today. I went there 3 years ago with my ex-girlfriend (who was black, and I'm whiter than wal-mart floors at 6 am) and we got the nastiest looks you can imagine. The whole freaking place hated us in a very literal way. The security guards told us to smoke across the street then proceeded to smoke on the side walk right by the door and "no smoking" sign while we watched.

Oh well the whole place is going under in a couple of weeks anyway. A bigger, better mall has set up a couple miles down the road from it and every store's got %70 off sales. I got an externally powered usb hub and an 8 port surge protector with extension cord for $14 and my buddy got guitar hero 3 for the 360 with a wireless guitar for $40.
