BALLS OF STEEL!!....BALLS...BALLS...BALLS OF STEEL!!

First, that one goofball dresses up like the Joker and gets arrested stealing Dark Knight promotional decorations from the movie theater.

Now, we have this Batman wannabe getting PWN3D by a customer.

I will feel a great deal of pity for the clown who dresses up like Eric Roberts and tries to start some shenanigans.

Those two other guys sure took their time to help out.

That criminal should never have survive that beatdown. You take a shot at someone and you are looking at a death sentence.

Only way to be sure.

Ha, I've been seeing this all day on the MSM, but no one ever mentioned the batman mask.

Yes, but did the customer say that the store owner didn't deserve to run a cash register and grab some wire snippers?

Looks like the hero went to the hockey school for winning fights.

I saw this all over headline news today; this is the first time I've seen the entire vid. Props to the guy for tackling the bum, but a boo-hiss to the blond chump taking cheap hits while talking on his cell phone.

O.K., I'm ignorant. Who IS that guy?

2008-08-09 11:44:23 PM
Actually, here's my real comment.

Good.

Batman is a symbol. Some dismiss the character as simply the wild imaginings of some guy who wanted to make fantasies about how the world works. Well, Batman is how the world works: violence begets violence. The robber deserves the ass kicking all around.

But what pisses me off the most, can you guess? That the robber used a gun. The cocksucker used a GUN, while wearing THE MASK OF THE GODDAMN BATMAN.

Does no one actually READ the comic? Did this robber not know that Bruce Wayne watched his parents shot in front of him during a robbery, and that event put him on the path to becoming a costumed crime fighter? Does no one see what a travesty, what a sacrilege it is for this piece of garbage to be robbing someone wearing Batman's mask and using a firearm?

To hell with him. The shopper did right, and those who assisted the shopper did right. This is a shining example of the consequences falling on all those who would betray the fundamental principles of common superheroes.

Except that cowardly, greedy asswipes don't care about principles, even the sacred ones in the comics.

Nothing is obscure on Fark, but I wouldn't expect most Farkers to know Wesley Willis by sight.

Hear his hit song, "I Whooped Batman's Ass."

Knowing our stupid asshole country the cops would probably file assault charges on the wrestler or the robber would sue for damages and win.

Not in Tulsa County, he won't. The Tulsa County D.A. is Tim Harris and he doesn't play nice. At arraignment, he'll ask the judge for so much bail this guy won't see daylight until trial. Luckily for "Batman" he did this in Tulsa County instead of the neighboring Creek County. There he would face Judge Joe Sam Vasser. I saw Vasser sentence one guy to 20 years for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Crime don't pay in OK.

WTF took so long for everyone else to help? Gawd damn pussies, man up and quickly.

Notice how the other customers just sat there, barely offering aid. When the scuffle went outside, it looks like the dude on the phone actually picked up the discarded gun and threw it towards Batman and Balls of Steel Citizen. Nice.

They need software that removes the racism from video footage so the criminal isn't black and the hero isn't white. Maybe they could both be a nice shade of gray.

According to jail records, Cleveland - who had served 10 years for a previous armed robbery conviction - has been arrested on complaints of shooting with intent to kill, assault with a deadly weapon, robbery with a firearm, wearing a mask in the commission of a felony and possessing a firearm after a felony conviction.

I'd say this is pretty conclusive evidence that it is time to call the exterminator and kill this vermin.

No the guy on the cell phone called the other guy in the store for backup, then they both went out together.

Reminded me of Cloverfield and diary of the Dead. I thought it's not believable neither cameraman would hold on to the camera during a dangerous situation. I guess the cell phone guy here ruined that theory.

I read the article, he's already done 10 years and he was on parole. I just never let facts get in the way of a joke.
