Both McCain and Edwards are assholes for cheating on their wives.

I would agree with that but McCain has nothing to do with Edwards affair.

Then why the fark did you mention 'but but McCain' in the first place. You are the one who brought his name up, and then when someone says they are both a$$holes, you say McCain has nothing to do with it? Then don't farking bring him up!

"Baby, look. Whoa, hold on.

I farked her? I farked her.

(CNN) -- In 2006, I made a serious error in judgment and conducted myself in a way that was disloyal to my family and to my core beliefs. I recognized my mistake and I told my wife that I had a liaison with another woman, and I asked for her forgiveness. Although I was honest in every painful detail with my family, I did not tell the public. When a supermarket tabloid told a version of the story, I used the fact that the story contained many falsities to deny it. But being 99 percent honest is no longer enough.

99 PERCENT HONEST? You mean when you adamantly denied everything you were being 99% truthful. farking personal injury lawyers are incapable of discerning any truth, let alone speaking it. The only truth they understand are checks with lots of zeros.

Think about it....two VERY large political parties with operations across 50 states. Corruption is within both houses, and as a conservative, it would be stupid to point at the dems and say that they have a monopoly on political and sexual shenanigans.

John Kerry already proved that having Edwards on the ticket does nothing for you, so I have to disagree strongly with anybody saying he was a strong candidate for Obama's VP. He probably wasn't top 5.

Only in America do we care about the sex life of a has-been politician who was never that popular to begin with. Can't we focus on what's really important, like Brett Favre?

I've got it!

EA Sports was the one who originally leaked this story to the National Enquirer. While we're all distracted, they're going to change the Madden '09 boxes to show Favre in a Jets uniform. The Freemasons are also involved, I'm just not sure how.

Ha ha ha!

When the story first broke I thought this had a pretty good chance of being true, glad to see that it is. Anyway, here's the best part about this whole thing, Edwards on Clinton's affair circa 1999:

I think this President has shown a remarkable disrespect for his office, for the moral dimensions of leadership, for his friends, for his wife, for his precious daughter. It is breathtaking to me the level to which that disrespect has risen.

Democrats can be happy they remained reasonably far away from this douchebag.

Hobodeluxe: In 1979 at a military reception in Honolulu, McCain met Cindy Hensley, an attractive 25-year-old woman from a very wealthy politically-connected Arizona family. Cindy's father, Jim, founded the Hensley and Company, the nation's third-largest Anheuser-Busch distributor.

McCain described their first meeting, "She was lovely, intelligent and charming, 17 years my junior but poised and confident. I monopolized her attention the entire time, taking care to prevent anyone else from intruding on our conversation. When it came time to leave the party, I persuaded her to join me for drinks at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. By the evening's end, I was in love."

While still married to Carol, McCain began an adulterous relationship with Cindy. He married Cindy in May 1980 -- just a month after dumping Carol and securing a divorce. The newlyweds honeymooned in Hawaii.

McCain followed his young, millionairess wife back to Arizona where her father helped catapult McCain into politics

so what's the difference?

According to Sean Hannity, McCain was traumatized by being a POW for 5 years, which made it A-OK to cheat on his wife.

Seriously, he said that. I almost died laughing in the car, especially when he prefaced it with "I don't mean to make excuses for McCain, but...". By Hannity's logic, I should become a POW for 5 years, get tortured and beaten, so that I can cheat on my wife with no guilt whatsoever.

For the record, Hannity, if I were a POW for 5 years, the first thing I would do would be to fark the shiat out of my wife, not some bimbo beer heiress.

Bush's 2nd term came as a result of an extremely bad candidate on the other side. Kerry was chosen for one reason, he was a " veteran " at a time of war. He was not fully vetted prior to being nominated and he turned out to have too much baggage. Not to mention, the one reason he was chosen, his war record was checkerd at best.

As for your pre-emptive strike against those who won't vote for Obama. Shame on you for being such a vaccuous ignorant race baiting fool!

Believe it or not, there are an awful lot of people who won't support a socialist no matter what they look like.

Once again, Democrats have chosen a candidate that has not been vetted. Granted, it's hard to vet someone with no track record. That said, there will certainly be some people who won't vote for BO because he's black, Democrats proved during the primaries that there are people who won't vote for a black guy, OR a woman.

The bottom line is however, there are plenty of good reasons not to vote for BO that have nothing to do with race and your attempt to play the race card or play on this ridiculous white guilt trip nonsense won't change that truth.

Apparently it's not such BS.

While I don't believe that being faithful to one's spouse is a requirement to serve the people (see JFK, LBJ, Reagan, both Bushes, etc.), I am disappointed as hell in John Edwards.

Though I've been an Obama supporter since day one, I've always liked Edwards. It's disheartening to see that he cheated on his wife while she's dying of terminal cancer.

Elizabeth seems like a wonderful woman. I'm sorry she has to go through this bullshiat while she's terminally ill.

It's only the beginning of August. The campaign season doesn't really begin until September.

Obama is saving all his money for the fall. Things are going to teeter at roughly 45/40 for awhile, then sometime this fall, things are going to break heavily for Obama. Given the enthusiasm gap, plus the probable breaking of undecideds for Obama, there's a solid chance of an Obama landslide this fall. By landslide, I mean Obama winning by %55 or more.
