I thought that beach towel thing was just some kind of stereotype, but it is 100% true. I was in The Bahamas and saw a beach chair that didn't even have a towel on it. I went to sit on it and some crazy German guy comes running over screaming at me in German that I have stolen his chair. Well at least that's what I think he said, since I don't speak German. I quickly went to find another chair, although most of them were already "reserved" by other Germans.

I just apply the "on your feet, lose your seat" rule. Chairs are made for people, not towels.

After visiting Prague and running across both British and Russian tourists there, I have to say they are equally as bad. The Russians were overly pushy and smelled like cheap cologne (the women, not the men.. they smelled worse) and they had teeth that would make the Brits look like celebrities. The Brits on the other hand there mostly consisted of drunken stag parties.. most of the time they were running down the streets at 3am howling while dressed in drag running from bar to bar..

It's pretty remarkable that the Germans, of all people, would biatch about whores and drunkeness. I went to Phuket a few years ago and I still can't get the images of hairy old German dudes in ill fitting Speedos on sex tours, surrounded by Thai children.

OMG, the Germans are the worst tourists evar! They

1. Go to the beach with a long strand of toilet paper hanging out of their swimsuits just in case they want to take a crap on the beach.

2. Pull up to your house in their RVs, grab your garden hose and treat themselves to a bath.

3. Eat ALL the wild berries.

4. Bring their own food along with them in cans because they are cheap ass tourists.
