Congradulations to this kid. And it was nice not to see Japan in it this year. Some of those Japanese kids lok like they are in their 30's.

I live near State College, PA, and not only did they have an 11-12 year old team in the Little League World Series, but also a 15 year old team in the Babe Ruth League World Series, and an American Legion Team going to the Am. Legion World Series. Pisses me off. State College sucks.

Mostly because of Penn State and their students, who have become famous for their rioting prowess.

Box, this is the world series. Theese are the talented kids who devote their lives to baseball. Translation, they are good.

"Almonte, a left-hander with a 70-mph slider, struck out the first 15 batters and allowed just a handful of foul balls."

70mph at 12? Jesus, no wonder he pitched a perfect game.

That made me so angry. The pitcher had 16 kids struck out. Only 2 left for a trully perfect game. What did the other team do? They laid down 2 bad bunt attempts. Both times they were thrown out by the pitcher (he had a gun).
