That's where I got so well accquainted with the bricked up mexi pot. Here you would not be able to give that stuff away. We mostly get the "junk" while the big honkin' tops are all for export to our southern neighbours. Our "junk" is better than 98% of the budz that I've tried all over the world. Only the Dutch have us beat.

If you say no to a search of your car(always recommended), then they bring the dog to run around your car if they really wanna search it. Once it starts barkin then they can search to their hearts content with their probable cause.

I do remember reading a study a long time ago where the police found that individuals willing to break minor laws on the road (taillights out, no insurance tags, no signaling turns etc) are much more likely to be breaking other laws. This study was one of the reasons that the police in the USofA have a tendency to ask if they can search the vehicle even for minor traffic stops. Arguments of constitutionality aside, this does tend to make sense given the number of asshats who speed, weave, don't have insurance and then drive around with a brick of hash on the dashboard. Darwinism indeed.

I live in BC where pot is basically legal already, but I drive dead-on the speed limit if I've got an 8th in my pocket cuz I don't want any hassles. On the other hand, there was a guy busted a couple of months ago going almost double the speed limit (200 kph!) on the Coquihalla Highway east of Vancouver. He had something like 200,000 hits of E sitting on the backseat.

If I had skilz I'd post a "asshat" tag in his honour.

My advise, as a fellow balding chunky middle aged guy, is NOT to go to the arcade to score. You stand out like a sore thumb amongst the mullets and are inviting arrest (which in small town Onterrible is more likely than in Toronto, Montreal or anywhere in BC) or, at best, you'll get burned by a bag of bunk.

I'm speaking from experience. Better to do without than to get burned, beaten or busted.

I ran out for a few months once when we had a dry spell in Houston, and while digging through some old boxes I found about a bowls worth of crumbs. It was air-exposed for anywhere from 3-6 months (dont know how long it'd been there) but burning it did the trick...I'm sure it breaks down after several years, but its got a pretty long shelf-life fromy my experience...

Damn i feel for you Moriarty23, A former girlfriend of mine went to Texas for vacation. She got pulled over by a cop and she didn't realize that she had a few roaches in her car ashtray along with cigarette butts. The cop was gonna do her in good but she told him that she didnt know Marijuana was illegal in the US (she had Ontario plates obviously) the cop searched the rest of the car and didnt find anything and ended up tossing the roaches and letting her off with a warning. BTW best hiding spot in car is in between the sunroof and that flap that covers it. Everytime that I have been stopped by RIDE they have failed to inspect the sunroof

Well, I don' smoke much any more but one thing I do do (habit from the old days) is change my lights (all of them) each year whether they are burned out or not. Another thing I do is keep my exhaust system (good muffler a must) and tires in good shape. I am continually amused by accounts of people getting busted for weed or whatever after getting pulled over due to faulty equipment. Whatever one's clandestine activities, it's best to blend in, and not stand out like a sore thumb.
