Only in Ohio does a mumbling naked guy require the Bomb Squad. In fact, this is the only time the Bomb Squad in Twinsburg, OH has ever been called out for anything other than the July 4th Keg Party and they were invited to that. And an officer was "injured in his hand" during the scuffle, good gawd.
