I'm over it now: icky in her thump?

want?

icky thump is the name of a white stripes song. Jack White is the lead singer of the band the White Stripes. Submitter was adapting the name of said song as a metaphor for having sex with her.

I like the cut of your jib.

"Some people want it all, some just...um...have nothing at all, but, uh, everything is nothing, if I don't have yoooo-ooo-oo-oo."

Yeah. What an amazing songstress. She and Jack ought to write a song together about chopping broccoli.

She's hot and all, but I wish Mr. White could do another album with Loretta Lynn. That album is excellent.

Say what you will but nothing will ever beat Live and Let Die. Or View to a Kill. I may be biased though since, while I am relatively young, I love me some Duran Duran. I also like Trace Adkins and Toby Keith though so what the fark do I know.

/The Cornell theme to Casino Royale was pretty badass. WTF is a Quantum of Solace? What, Daniel Craig's mathematically lonely?

Because the best way to objectively criticize and critique someone's lyrics is to... post different lyrics and not criticize the right ones...?

Dude, Amy Winehouse is dead. It's just that nobody's told her yet.

Shame, too. She would've done a great job with this. She had that awesome 60's girl-group vibe.

You realize that there's more to a song than lyrics, right?

As has been noted by others in the thread, I too would like to have sex with Alicia Keys. Or just her vagina and a picture of her face.

'the hell's the matter with you? I like irrational psycho Bond. Brosnan was cool but Daniel Craig plays vicious motherf*cker better than Brosnan ever could. May as well just get Timothy Dalton. Hell, is George Lazenby still alive? Get him too!

I always thought Morcheeba should have done a Bond theme. Especially back when Skye was lead vocal.

Seven Nation Army would have been the ideal James Bond song by Jack White. That song rules.

2008-07-29 10:17:23 PM
Second Try: The correct name is "Phantom of Menace"

The scary part is, that sounds so much like Quantum of Solace...

Anyway, I don't fear the theme song for James Bond anymore ever since they stopped having to include the goddamn title in the goddamn lyrics. Chris Cornell's epic "You Know My Name" consisted of ''no'' uses of the words "casino" or "royale". This must be a comfort to Jack and Alicia.

/would do HORRIBLE THINGS TO HER

I just came in here to comment on the "Phantom Menace" joke.

White Stripes suck.

I agree. Even though I appreciate what they're doing with Craig, Brosnan was a great Bond who deserved a goodbye film that didn't suck. He was always pushing for a grittier, harder edged script but they never gave him one.

Actually all the ones sung by dudes were pretty good.

Best: The World is Not Enough by Garbage
Worst: Die Another Day by Madonna

FreeLoveFreeway: Seven Nation Army would have been the ideal James Bond song by Jack White. That song rules.

Supposedly he's described the riff in that song as being what he'd use if he ever wrote the theme to a Bond movie.

'Course, he used the riff before this Bond gig ever happened. So now he's gotta come up with something else.
