Free clue my Brit Buds, they're mice on steroids. Hit an adult in your car and it's 50/50 the auto is totaled. They breed like mad, and will muck up your streams and gardens.

First Beavers, then Voles, then Ferrets, then foreign (French) hedgehogs. Damn, what happened to the empire where the sun never set?

Once they ban knives over 3 inches, they are toast.

They did this in Argentina with predictable results.

Except that beavers were never native to Argentina. Beavers were native to Britain, but were sadly wiped out hundreds of years ago.

Actually, C.S. Lewis would be overjoyed at this news.

Fun fact: Talking beavers only exist in the first book of the Chronicles of Narnia. In Prince Caspian one of the villains comments that they were wiped out, and in the following books they're nowhere to be seen. Apparently Lewis gave the talking beavers of Narnia the same sad fate as the native British ones.
