liberty city is a part of miami...its ghetto and this is not surprising theres crooked cops. the cops in south miami and north miami and everywhere in between drive around, walk, generally act like coyboys/miami vice/arrogant sketchy douches. seems like either you REEEEALLLY wanted to be a cop and not for any good reason or you had no other choice type of deal down here.

Liberty City is one of the Older sections of Miami.

There was a bust like this recently in Toronto, where cops were involved. And that was the second bust involving rogue cops running drug operations in Toronto in so many years (the previous one included a vice squad cop who was the son of a former police chief).
