This is true. Now, that being said, in a game you're down by a run, maybe now's not the best time to make sure everyone's played. I haven't played. You don't see me going out there.

Tangent:

Any good scorecards, with instructions, online to print and take to games?

I'm not getting out and drinking enough beer at my local AAA park, and having a scorecard to keep used to let me know when the seventh inning was coming...

What is with everyone's obsession with touch screens? When they break, you're screwed.

You don't know how to use Google.com?

Just go there and put "baseball scorecard printable" in the box. Leave out the quotation marks though.

Anyone else watching The Office on TBS during the commercials? I love that show.

2008-07-15 10:27:21 PM
so apparently papelbon is now claiming that his wife had her life threatened at a red carpet event for the all-star game? he is blaming it on the media for blowing up the comments HE repeatedly made that he should be closing the game and said that he doesn't even feel like pitching tonight.

if this drama queen is the reason that duchscherer is in rather than krod-nathan-papelbon-rivera finishing the game off, then i lost the only shred of respect i had left for him.

Dr.Knockboots: I'm a lifelong baseball fan and I don't know how to keep a scorecard.

If you buy one at a game (usually I think they're like $2) they come with instructions. I do it sometimes when I go to games just for a change of pace.
