From the population Ive encountered id say the gay quotient is way above that of the general population. So much so that the straight ones sometimes feel the need to make their orientation pretty clear.

If you throw out the "catgirl" epidemic (which dates back to at least the early 1990s that I know of, and probably the early 90s), last I heard it leaned (a) more bisexual than purely gay or straight and (b) slightly more male than female.

For myself, I'd prefer an STD check and clear agreement as to exclusivity before sleeping with a furvert MOTAS, largely because I don't think anyone has done a good epidemiological anthropology study of STD transmission within the Furry community yet.
