Acquaintance of mine who lives in Bern had all his computer equipment confiscated by the police because someone had been downloading kiddie porn using his (open) wireless connection. Even after the police had confirmed that the IP addresses showed it wasn't him doing the downloading, they still wouldn't give back his kit. Ridiculous.

With all this stuff going on I was suprised that when i watched bubble boy they showed everything in the first few min of a naked baby boy.
