Reads more like the script for WWE's "Brawl In The Fall" or whatever their latest pay per view is.

2002-12-02 02:02:36 PM
Will someone please just kill this turd?!

2002-12-02 02:02:37 PM
I've seen this list and more, before.

I'd really like to see this regime, and it's top 50 leaders, executed. Unfortunately the iraqis think this guy is the next jesus christ.

"including reports of broken bottles being forced into the victim's anus"

Does this guy know how to party or what?

i'll take the mock execution, please.

2002-12-02 02:04:26 PM
so anyway... how are things going down at Guantanamo Bay?

2002-12-02 02:05:43 PM
Here's an idea! Let's nab Saddam, bring him back to the US, and do the same things he did to his people to him. Better yet, let's get GWB to perform the torture, and have it all broadcasted on pay-per-view. If George Carlin's theory is correct, it will cover a nice piece of the defecit.

2002-12-02 02:05:43 PM
All we are saying...is give peace a chance.

2002-12-02 02:06:35 PM
But it doesn't matter!!! Cuz he hasn't nuked anyone... yet. Besides, the people voted him in with 99.7% of the vote. Therefore he's ok... right??!!
/sarcasm

If you honestly believe the US does stuff like this Zysoclaplem you're a farking moron. STFU asshole.

2002-12-02 02:11:27 PM
Eh...that's his business. It isn't like we haven't done the same or worse to our own people. Anyone remember what we did to all those black folks in the 60's?

No, really, I don't beat my wife...anymore.

2002-12-02 02:14:43 PM
Hmpf....no cock & ball torture.

Amateur.

2002-12-02 02:14:47 PM
wow... either completely different people come out of the woodwork on topics like this or the general opinions on these boards shift with the spin on the headline. I'm not saying saddam isn't an evil man who should die, but he's really no more corrupt-minded than someone like bush. You think bush wouldn't use those same methods of torture if given the chance? The difference between the two "leaders" is mainly the context of situations. Bush is just as much of a scumbag, only he's in a place that doesn't tolerate such animal behavior (at least wrt torture). I say they should both be publically hanged.
But anyway, yeah. Bush is BY FAR the more significant threat. let's not forget that.

2002-12-02 02:15:10 PM
Beaten on the bare feets with a cable? Good god that would suck.

2002-12-02 02:15:14 PM
Pot, meet kettle.

(A book about torture in "civilized" countries.)

2002-12-02 02:17:30 PM
I wish I could say that I'm surprised. Frankly, I've often figured that Saddie has personally performed all of these tortures numerous times, just for kicks. You know the cliche about white slavers "marketing" to the middle east... heck, wasn't that even in a Bond movie? Well, this guy totally fits that role. Totally psychotic.

2002-12-02 02:17:42 PM
Mock executions? Didn't they steal that from Braddock: Missing in Action II?

2002-12-02 02:17:44 PM
Don't get me wrong, Bush is a kook and we shouldn't go to
war with Iraq.

However, we should bomb Saddam and every damned Iraqi
official until they fix the damned country.

More hijinks from the Wacky Iraqi. Time to put 'em down like a rabid dog.

2002-12-02 02:22:23 PM
And the amazing thing is, even though he does all of this, England still has the highest crime rate in the world ! Take that, Tony Blair !

2002-12-02 02:22:45 PM
It's not the torture methods that I object to... It's their total lack of originality! Sheesh, this guy needs to hire a consultant to bring his methods into the 21st century.

It's not news, it's "Falaqa".com!

"Playa hatah
so anyway... how are things going down at Guantanamo Bay?"

They are being fed kosher meals and getting a nice tan. We let them put on their tea towels when they biatched it was against their religeon to let their stinking pile of hair blow in the breeze.

WTF is up with assjacks whining (ok, intimating) about the USA mistreating anyone. Maybe the local sheriff but the Feds are watched like a hawk. Give me a break.

2002-12-02 02:25:45 PM
Answer me this all you left-wing farkers:

Is there one good reason that a US led coalition (i.e. Britian and uh, uh) should not remove this man from power?

2002-12-02 02:27:09 PM
Oh for crying out loud, just level the whole place, including the rest of the neolithic "societies" in that region of the world. Most of Africa can go too, but one thing at a time, you know.

It's time the world stopped carting around the useless, troublesome burdens that these third world hell holes are.

Sure there'll be the usual boo-hooing as they're wiped off the face of the planet, but it will fade in time. In ten years or less no one will care, and the problem will have been once and for all solved.

You can't make a world peace omelet without breaking some eggs.

:)

One man's torture is another man's good date.

Ebell: That "falaqa" foot beating thing was in Midnight Express. Saddam really needs some new material.

2002-12-02 02:28:59 PM
:-)

2002-12-02 02:29:55 PM
This is recommended reading for all those little smart-ass farktards who insist that America is a police state and Bush a fascist. Get a clue as to what real fascism is.

Anyone who is against war with Iraq is a supporter of fascism and terror.

2002-12-02 02:33:27 PM
Even people who do such things can believe themselves to be good and well.

Humanity's capacity for insanity never ceases to amaze me.

2002-12-02 02:33:27 PM
Hey, it only took three posts for this to become the fault of the US!

2002-12-02 02:34:06 PM
Zysoclaplem,

Is the smiley face code for "I'm a lowly troll looking to get people riled up?"

Look, I'm out of the tunnel, my farking motorcycle did jump the frigging barbed wire, I got the hell out of Germany and I'm on that ship off the Mandarin Coast. Complain one more time about the USA being anything close to this treacherous thug and the Coolie gets one in te breast plate. Got it.

2002-12-02 02:36:19 PM
Wow, sounds like the School of the Americas lesson plan.

People all over the world, join hands
Start a love train, love train
People all over the world, join hands
Join a love train, love train

Saddam's probably a good guy who was bullied as a child.

2002-12-02 02:39:40 PM
I'm not out to defend Saddam, but I am also not naive enough to think that we don't use torture to get information. We probably sterilize our broken bottles. Although it does happen, and it is wrong and horrible, it's probably just propaganda to get our hearts racing and to cause hatred towards Saddam.

2002-12-02 02:39:45 PM
And the worst torture Saddam performs:

Getting Anna Nichole Smith to sit naked on the prisoners face- whilst in the background "Who let the dogs out" is replayed- over and over and over and over and over again.

2002-12-02 02:46:15 PM
Dont you think the last one sounds fake?

What a credible source, the US ambassador in kuweit. Remember the manufactured "Iraqi are baby killers" story?

I mean, why would you dip people in a huge acid bath? There are dozen of cheaper and easier torture methods... It sounds like what a James bonds bad guy would do.

2002-12-02 02:47:08 PM
There is going to be a war. The US govt leaks this kind of stuff to sway public opinion. Next there will be a escapee or something that reports his trials to the press.
Not that I doubt that these terrible things happen. Just a comment.

2002-12-02 02:50:38 PM
And the U.S. supported him during the 80's.

Way to go, America. You sleep with tyrants like this and wonder why people hate you.

2002-12-02 02:53:07 PM
Playa hatah says..."But anyway, yeah. Bush is BY FAR the more significant threat. let's not forget that"

I'm not a fan of Bush, but that has to be one of the stupidest statements posted on fark today.

2002-12-02 02:56:00 PM
it's probably just propaganda to get our hearts racing and to cause hatred towards Saddam.

And Saddam more than deserves our hatred. Here is a lesson for you, poor child: some things ought to be hated, loathed, and destroyed. It's a fact of life.

I'm not out to defend Saddam, but I am also not naive enough to think that we don't use torture to get information.

If by torture you mean feed and clothe them better than they would get at home, then I agree.

Some of those descriptions made me almost retch. I can't read about a torture method without imagining what it would feel like, and none of those felt too good.

This guy deserves death or worse. All you moral relativists need to STFU.

2002-12-02 02:57:35 PM
The US does not employ these methods for one reason only...they are not effective in extracting info. TSG had a CIA document for torture methods in South America which stated that a tortured subject will say ANYTHING to make the pain stop and not specifically what the torturer needs.

Supposedly, for gathering intelligence the more effective methods are psychological. The threat of terrible pain is more effective than the actual implementation of it. Sleep, food and water deprivation as well as assorted mind farks are what the CIA use..at least according to that document.

The Iraqi methods sound punitive only...that is, not intended to gain anything other than kicks for sadaam. Probably good at spreading the fear around among opponents also.

I also heard that if the US really wants to torture someone they leave it up to allies with no qualms about it (pakistan, israel, columbia).

"So Billy, ever been in a turkish prison?"

Holeinmybucket,

Yep, I have a problem with Saddam being the whipping boy when Mubarek and the Saudi Sheiks are probably doing more to backstap us than Hussein but I'll take a good ass kicking on our enemies whereever I can get it.

My opinion is:

Lay another hand on our airliners and we drop precision munitions on each and every airliner in the Egyptian and Saudi Airline fleet. Every last one of them. And then sell them their replacements, but only after they sign a treaty of non aggression (better yet, a friendship agreement).

Because we all know the Wahabbi hardcore element comes out of Saudi and Egypt and their govt's are too corrupt and basically in agreement with the mad mullahs to do anything about it. Here's what Mubarek recently stated to an assembly of his mad mullahs.

Every few weeks, Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak tells Israel it must resume negotiations with the Palestinians that will lead them to a state. But on Sunday, December 1, he went a lot further. Addressing a Muslim clerical group in Cairo at an occasion marking the final prayer of the Ramadan holy month, he declared that international terror is not religious; nor is it the fault of Muslims or Arabs, but their reaction to political injustices meted out by the "international community".

The Egyptian leader thus became the first Arab leader to say out loud what every Arab and Muslim ruler believes - that Islamic terror, including suicide homicides, is a justified means of venting their sense of injustice towards the non-Muslim world.
