He gets waved around a bit... but he is just not panning out to be nearly as effective or scary of a boogie man. So 'they' are working to resurrect their original boogie man.

Oh well. Whether he's dead or not, al Qaeda is still operational and extremely active. And Iraq will inexplicably remain the top priority for the Baby Bush.

also, it can't be that encouraging to the total believers that the hijackers mainly used stolen idenities and quite a few of the 'namesakes' turned out to be alive in other countries.
