Dude. You got attacked by ducks. Just go to bed and call it a month.

somewhat on topic: There's this duck couple that's around my house for some reason. Female will walk around, the male is no more than a foot behind her and watching. I'm assuming she's getting ready to lay some eggs. I stay the fark away from them.

Semper Gumby: /never knew ducks were so vicious

I got attacked (well swarmed anyways) by a few hundred ducks when I was 4 at my great uncles duck farm. He gave me a sack of corn and said I could feed them. Apparently ducks really REALLY REALLY like corn. He was laughing his ass off at the poor little city kid.

I showed him though, I'm still alive. Him not so much... I'm hoping is was death by duck but it probably wasn't :(

Geese are aggressive. Ducks, a little, but not so much. I've had both and I'd always have to keep an eye on the geese whenever i entered *their* territory or I'd wind up with a goose bite on my ass. The ducks would usually leave me alone, but the poor chickens kept getting raped by them.

This is a white mallard. This duck won many awards but she was nippy. I too confess to being bitten by ducks, and many, many times at that. They hurt!

Maybe he should run, run so far away?

2008-05-16 07:18:55 AM
Wow, that is totally ducked up. Did they scare the duck out of you? Did you tell it to get the duck away from you? Those had to be some scary mother duckers, that's for sure.

This is not my story.

A friend was at her cottage at the lake, where they chain up their newfie/something mix of a dog, lest he spend the entire day in the water and end up at someone else's house across the lake.

The duck waddled up onto the property and Bosco ( the dog) chases him away back to the lake where his chain ends.

The duck figure this out and float in the water until Bosco settles down in the shade and then waddle back up into his territory and he chases him away until he is straining at the chain.

Duck leaves and returns with about ten duck friends.

They proceed to taunt Bosco in the same manner for the rest of the afternoon.

Ducks are evil.
