this may seem like crap but my mom was into reflexology when i was a kid. she got certified and worked on my feet when i felt bad. all i know is that when i had a plugged sinus, the corresponding area on the foot hurt like hell when she rubbed it. it felt like glass cutting me. and a little while later my sinuses would be fine. she did a lot for older relatives, they all swore by her, too.

If you get a headache you can pinch between your thumb and index finger (more towards you index finger) to help a headache go away. It works especially well on the hand opposite where your head hurts (pinch your right hand if the left-side of your head hurts). Go ahead and try it, if you pinch without a headache you can feel it in your head sorta behind your eyes. I said try it!!
