It's only named Ford because that's what the company is named. It's not named after the Ford family, it's named after the Ford company.

I also don't like corporate-named stadiums (if the stadium is built with public money, why doesn't the city get to sell the naming rights?), but given their profligacy and ubiquitousness, if the corporate sponsor is named after a person, and the company is closely associated with that city (Ford in Detroit, Heinz in Pittsburgh, etc.), albeit begrudgingly I'll look the other way in those instances.
