As a Mizzou grad, I'd just like to say that if KU chokes this away, I'm going to laugh until I cry tears of schaudenfreude, and then I will grab my jacket and head out in search of a KU fan so that I may lick up their sweet, sweet tears of despair and desolation.

I'll give you that. Heck, North Carolina was involved with one in baseball a couple years ago... up 1-0 in the best-of-3 series, up 5-0 in the game, and they lost the game then the series.
(but that's a sport I can brag about, because my alma matter is actually good at it now...)
