I know! Rude farker is creeping me out with the walleye look. Common decency should dictate he covers that shiat up.

Another straight democrat? I'm shocked

WishfulThinker: But what about all his braille kiddie porn? Blind people are the biggest pervs because they think we can't see what they're doing. It's like a deaf guy trying to creep about all quiet like; they can't do it, and that is why deaf people move like water buffalo.

You know what, Stuart, I like you. You're not like the other people, here in this trailer park.

While the details may be salacious, this really seems to be old new and only of relevance to Gov. and Mrs. Patterson. He doesn't seem to be a Clinton/Spitzer style babe hound.

The article author's attempt to justify publishing the story is pretty weak.

ericbo84: And so the great cycle of lies begins again.

Is it just me or does his expression say "Oh no, I crapped my pants again"?

And he looks kinda crosseyed

"Like most marriages, you go through certain difficult periods," Michelle Paterson said. "What's important is for your kids to see you worked them out."

By "worked them out" I assume it was AFTER the farking around...

Because...you know...she could have just been messin' with him.

He's blind? I've never heard of this dude until just now. How can a blind guy be the governor of NEW YORK!?!?! I'm all for equal rights and stuff, but don't you think that being governor would require you to read lots of stuff and look at lots of stuff and supervise lots of stuff?

Probably because he couldn't see who it was.

If this is a sign of how he'll handle things, then I think we're in good shape.

Let's see if he makes a second term. Real good example of family values there.

Indeed, yes. They reconciled and saved their marriage and family. Good for them.

You expect me to know random_politician_from_NY_03 is blind? I commented on the expression on his face, in no way did I blatantly bash blind people. Get the sand out of your crack and get on with your night, damn.

He's legally blind, thats not the same thing as blind. My ex-wife is legally blind & with corrective lenses she can see well enough that she has a drivers license.

The new governor has proven he is not to be trusted, that he doesn't respect an oath, even in the most personal relationship of his life. How can he be trusted to live up to his oath with the voters of the state?

Its relevant because of basic Anglo-Saxon common law: if someone breaks an oath, they are considered to be unreliable on all their testimony from there on out.

"falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus"

I know it. Damn, if only there was some way blind people could read. Like maybe some sort of writing they could feel with their fingers. I don't know, like some sort of raised dots in different patterns or something. Or better yet, if there was some sort of computer thing where you could scan print, and a voice would read it to you. That would be neat. Then blind people could, like, know shiat, just like the rest of us.

Cut him some slack. He obviously couldn't read the fine print.

Fine. Drop the Paterson affair and drop the McCain affair.

But don't drop the beat.

In a few billion years, the sun will use up its hydrogen fuel and expand, vaporizing the Earth. With all of the crazies running society, I'm not optimistic about humans lasting another 1,000 years before self destructing, let alone surviving beyond the solar system before this occurs. Everything humanity does will most likely be forgotten as if it never existed in the first place. Deep, dark emptiness as far as we're concerned...

...But go ahead and don't have lots of sex. It's naughty.

I believe the Governor had an affair because he and his wife didn't see eye to eye.

well in his defense she did sound just like his wife, so he didn't know it wasn't her until the morning

I considered making a joke on this matter, but I'm honestly at a loss as to why philandering politicians even make the news. When it exposes some form of hypocrisy (Larry Craig, for example), then go for it. Otherwise, leave it alone and realize that it's irrelevant to their job performance.

Why can't we be like France or Italy - where it's considered abnormal for a politician not to have a little something on the side and their citizens could care less about it?
