The flake is the person who bought it.

The folks auctioning the flake are from Virginia. If you turn the flake on it's side, it vaguely resembles Virginia.

They missed a prime opportunity to cater to the home crowd. Hell, they might have suckered forty bucks out of some fellow Virginians.

Colorado shaped wheat thins, while collectible, are fairly common. Wyoming shaped wheat thins are much more valuable.

Good thing they put the flake next to the dime in the pic so we know its not the size of a car.

I once found a piece of popcorn that looked exactly like a leaping bunny! I placed it on the corner of a coffee table and left the room. It was, unfortunately, disposed of by an inattentive clod (and my roommate couldn't understand why I cared about a piece of popcorn but you had to have seen it)...sigh...the world will never know.

shooosh: I'm going to buy a bunch of crackers and potato chips. And a Dremel. Jackpot!

buy a dehydrator. Moisten your medium first and you'd get more reliable cuts (rather than shattering the flakes), then dehydrate like a shrinky-dink.

More bang for your buck than a Dremel.

I'm kind of curious about the people who buy that stuff who aren't Golden Palace Casino. Who are these people that have too much money and room in their house?

Given the cash flow on ebay, I'm surprised you aren't being arrested for securities fraud or forgery or something.

If people are spending $20 on a single corn flake, then there danned sure isn't a recession going on.

/could be inflation though...

I will go on record, having seen the bran making thingy, that bran is a big sheet o' stuff before it's chunked up into flakes. I am sure that, if their livelihood depended on it, Kellogg's could make a single bran flake large enough to cover your house.

We won't have to. Provided Hillary doesn't steal the nomination, he'll appoint himself to our open Senate seat and serve there until we kick his ass out in three years or he gets indicted, whichever is first...
