. . . and it's still virtually impossible for her to overtake Obama's lead in pledged delegates--she can only win if the Superdelegates decide to subvert the party's voter's will.

Or the party decides to accept MI and FL delegates.

Hillary deserves to win. She has won all of the big states that actually matter in the general election.

wonder how many of the votes came from crossover republicans... since polls had Obama up 10%.

I, for one, am looking forward to Hillary stealing the election with the superdelegate and getting Florida and Michigan delegates seated.

The party's will is pretty much split down the middle. I mean with actual votes not all this caucus bullshiat stuff.

2008-03-05 01:27:29 AM
Man, I wish it was December already.

2008-03-05 01:27:55 AM
Just goes to show you there's no intelligent life to be found in Texas or Ohio.

Goddamn Ohio needs to get their act together. This is two times they've farked up hard at the voting booth in the last five years.

Then again, Ohio is going to be a shiat hole no matter who the president is. Hope? Change? Foreign concepts to a Buckeye.

A Clinton win would be a republican dream. If Obama takes the nomination McCain is done. If Clinton wins the republicans have more than a shot to take the white house.

As far as I'm concerned a vote for that beeatch is a vote for McCain.

Cyberluddite: . . . and it's still virtually impossible for her to overtake Obama's lead in pledged delegates--she can only win if the Superdelegates decide to subvert the party's voter's will.

She's winning all the big states. Obama is winning all the little chum in between. That might have an effect, or not. I don't know. I'm sure it will be something that will be considered when the SD's cast their votes.

Ohio and Texas demand to know where the Rhode Island hate is.

SBA_JKred: Hillary deserves to win. She has won all of the big states that actually matter in the general election.

Deserves to win? No, not yet. But her victories tonight allow her to stay in with some credibility.

2008-03-05 01:29:01 AM
Even if they seat MI and FL, any fair accomodation of those delegates will split more or less evenly... so Obama still wins.

SBA_JKred: Hillary deserves to win. She has won all of the big states that actually matter in the general election.

are you really that stupid? She has lost Virginia, Lost Missouri, lost Colorado, lost Iowa, lost Missouri. She is getting her ass kicked in state by state polling against McCain.

2008-03-05 01:29:11 AM
This is what you get when you give women the "right" to vote.

Cyberluddite

. . . and it's still virtually impossible for her to overtake Obama's lead in pledged delegates--she can only win if the Superdelegates decide to subvert the party's voter's will.

That's the one thing that worries me. What if the Clintons are so hated within the ranks that their own party, knowing Hillary would probably lose to McCain, steals the nomination from Obama to set Hillary up for failure, ending the Clinton dynasty forever. Obama could easily run in 2012 and no one would be worrying about the Clintons dragging the Democrats through the mud. Sort of like burning the prairie so that new plants can grow.

That kind of worries me because we'll get at least another four years of McCain (which, in retard, means "Bush").

2008-03-05 01:29:27 AM
At least you can't pin this all on Ohio.

/Obama voter
//Ohioan
///Discouraged, but optimistic
////I blame the oldies

You guys are acting like this is some sort of big surprise. America jumped the shark when we elected Bush FOR THE SECOND TIME.

Cyberluddite: . . . and it's still virtually impossible for her to overtake to differentiate her core policies and positions from Obama's lead in pledged delegates--she we can only win if the Superdelegates decide to subvert the party's voter's will Bloomberg decides to run for president.

interesting.....

2008-03-05 01:31:08 AM
Yeah, Texas and Ohio would much rather have a women than a attractive and successful African-American for president. They must have listened to Rush, who is obvioulsy terrified at the thought of a attractive and successful African-American as president. They know that Obama will win, and Clinton is beatable.

2008-03-05 01:31:20 AM
I wanted a better headline for this. Something along the lines of "Suck it Obama culties".

2008-03-05 01:31:27 AM
I took an unofficial poll of my students today, since their views at age 13 typically reflect those of their parents. Obama won in my classroom and in my city when the votes actually counted.

/yay Dallas!
//students are 98% Hispanic, supposedly Hillary's

2008-03-05 01:31:27 AM
wonder what the totals would be like if they tossed out all the votes of women who only voted for hilary because she is a woman, and of all the black people who only voted for obama because he's black.

2008-03-05 01:32:16 AM
I will castrate myself with a rusty razor blade before I'd ever Vote for Hillary.

I see that there are still many people who have not figured out that this whole circus is rigged.

Or is this like wrestling, where you know it's all predetermined and choreographed, but people still watch to be "entertained?"

2008-03-05 01:32:44 AM
Thank the farking Texas hippies and interlopers.

Native Texans hate Hillary!
