Clearly this man works for KAOS.

I had quite a few laughs and this film does look like it will be a lot of fun.

I agree, it will be hard to top the Mel Brooks/Buck Henry combo. I know that Carell can be funny with the right material. But looking at IMDb I see that it is directed by the same guy that did Nutty Professor II and the writers don't have that impressive of a track record either.

I hope it does well. It may be a "wait for the DVD" and rent flick. But I loved the TV show. I wonder what kind of sports car he will drive?

Not exactly expecting True Lies, but it looks like a fun one...

I still don't see why people think Will Ferrell is funny at all.
Pretty much any movie he "stars" in, the supporting cast is always better. And by better I mean suck less.

Your sarcasm would be more appreciated if it weren't glaringly obvious that remakes are always so watered down that making them more 'extreme' is the only saving grace they've got left to pander to the lowest common denomiator they were so obviously created for.

If you're going to half-ass something, at least go all the way with it.

Yeah, because if there's one thing the original Get Smart wasn't known for, it was sight gags and slapstick.

I loved the Nude Bomb...but then again, I was like 12 when it came out. I did (and do) love the original series though.

Mel Brooks is gonna roll in his grave when this movie comes out. I know he's not dead yet, but he's gonna do it anyway.

I loved Steve Carell on the Daily Show, then Anchorman, then The Office, then 40 Year Old Virgin. Since then, he's beginning to disappoint.

Didn't care for The Nude Bomb, but I loved Get Smart Again.
