That's when I learned to ask "Are you a friend of Drew Curtis?"

That worked much better.

What kind of crowd does a farker party bring? Is it mostly old guys that live in moms basement and post on fark with WEEI on speed dial, or are farkers normal people. I've been wondering this for a while. I'm of the "been lurking for years with the occasional post" variety myself, and have never ventured out to one. I usually work at night though, so this could be a good opportunity.

Never been to a Fark party at all, will be there tonight since I live a block away, maybe with friends.

Didn't get much sleep last night so I'm tired, but I'm tempted because I just moved to Boston last month and don't know a lot of people yet. Like the Democrat primary, I'm so undecided...

So I've been lurking here for about six years, didn't post until about a year and a half ago, and I've never been to a Fark party. That said, this is Super Tuesday, and Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras... Super FatTuesday??) and that is a great bar with good food and good drinks. I think I may make it there.

Probably closer to 8 than 7... I've got to get all this clown blood off me first.
