Rowland resigned after he was impeached and spent 10 months in federal prison, Republican former Waterbury Mayor Phil Giordano is in PMITA prison for giving a little girl a meat Popsicle after forcing her crackhead hooker mom to pimp her out, Republican former Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim went to jail for corruption, oh and Republican former U.S. Rep. Rob Simmons used to beat the crap out of Vietnamese prisoners during the Vietnam War.
