Sounds like she got what she deserved. Not because of what she said but because she was driving drunk without a license because of a prior DUI and killed someone.

How farking stupid do you have to be to get busted for DUI and then do it again. And this time she kills someone.

She should be in jail for longer than 10 1/2 years. In my book, that is manslaughter 1 with a possible 25 year sentence.

Yep I wasn't paying attention :) It's bad enough what she did.. she should of got the maximum for that alone.. But the fact she did that on a jailhouse recording shows her dumbasshatery.. People like her can not be helped..

The DA here in Albany let a woman who was drunk driving with a bunch of pills in her system get off with six months after she hit a cyclist and used him like a human crayon.

Really, hitting someone on a bicycle is the only way you can get off for murder so cheaply.
