UFO Seen Hovering Over El Paso



REUTERS, Jan. 23, 2008 -- An unidentified flying object was photographed this morning by an El Paso businessman, touching off a firestorm of controversey and heated denials by Pentagon officials that the craft was a prototype border defense system.

Described as a "half-moon shape, edged in red with yellow and green lights along its perimeter," Ed Flear, owner of The Dutch Rudder Pub, claims that the object floated several inches from his mouth before disappearing with a series of loud, crucnhing noises. Flear also stated that shortly after the object disappeared, his belches took on a distinctly acrid aftertaste.
