I particularly like the figurines of Jesus playing various sports with children. The baseball one looks like he's playing keep away...that's my kind of Jesus. (Funny, they don't have a Jesus figurine playing dodge ball with all the kids.)

Archie McPhee's kicks much ass. If you're in the Seattle area and haven't been, it's worth going. If you like a buch of silly plastic things.

http://www.mcphee.com/

One of their employees even has their own action figure. Go Fuzz!

I've got one of these. He actually looks pretty cool with a submachine gun in one hand and a sniper rifle in the other...

"In other religious news, it was revealed that the inscribed stone box, recently attributed as proof of the existence of Jesus, was actually a souvenir of the Holy Land, personalized for Jesus Martinez, of Juarez, Mexico, during a trip there in 1952."

Now I really need an Archenemy suitable for my Jesus poseable action figure(TM), as he just whipped Vegeta, forgave Destro, and Skeletor has been converted as an apostle. Anyone know where I can get a poseable Damien ?

As with any Weekly World News story, it is wise to remember the disclaimer it carries, "Articles are drawn from different sources, including the world press, free-lance correspondents and our readers, and are published strictly for the enjoyment of our readers."

Isn't that also the disclaimer for Fox News?

LOL!

Speaking of which, this really IS true when it comes to eastern religion/pagan "kits" ... tarot cards, zen gardens, buddha figures, i ching, tao symbols, they all come in cute little kits that allow you to grow grass and rake sand and feel meditative and happy. chapters's religion sections are FULL of items like these, and it's quite amusing but sometimes you can come across really cool things that actually appear authentic.
