Feh... I'm alright with three of the four charges, but trying to float the "threatening bodily harm" charge, while accurate, is in poor taste. It's pretty obvious that if the teen was attempting to impersonate another teen, then s/he had no intention of personally leveling threats against another -- otherwise s/he would have posted it on his/her own Facebook.
