(CBC)   Recycled rock t-shirts go for big bucks. Hmmm, I wonder how much my authentic Loverboy Mike-Reno-style headband is worth?   (cbc.ca) divider line 11

I just came in to see how many times people said repeat from 2 weeks ago. I guess I am early.

But I was glad to see Errk's link. If I ever win the lottery that site's inventory will be reduced by a third at least.

The black headband (complete with chili-dog sweat) is worth big $$$.

I don't get the 'recycled' part.

Does it just mean it's been cleaned?

I wonder how much my 1978 "CalJam" shirt is worth... as well as my 2 "US Festival" shirts from 82 & 83..?

How much for a pair of Adam Ant's unwashed drawers? That's what we all want to know.

Ahh, the new Gilded Age. Has enough time passed to make an inscribed Hendrix album worth $20,000?

So many "legendary" bands re-release limited edition versions of these hard to find B-sides, posters, and T's, once they find out there is a market (they want the profit)--thereby nullifying your once-in-a-lifetime, original, find.

/Rare unreleased tracks/tapes of dead artists I could see the value in.

Your headband is worth nothing, because Loverboy sucks.

. . . I was on Robson in Vancouver and saw an $80 CAD Judas Priest "Screaming for Vengeance" tour jersey . . .

. . . real world prices for real world people . . . ??

even new, it was only $15. I have a feeling the emo owner doesn't even know who Judas Priest even is . . .
