According tan article from back when this was new, the soldiers bought that car from some Iraqis because the car blew something that was too expensive to replace.

They gave them more than the car was worth and played it off as something it wasn't for the video.

Of course I primarily blame the sack of filth in the White House who ordered the invasion (there would've been no looting but for that that).

And then, I also reserve a healthy amount of blame for these Mensa members who are STUCK IN IRAQ.
