To participate in the new Yakima County program, people who
receive traffic tickets must admit they violated the law.

Delia thinks it's unlikely someone would pose as one of the traffic violators and fake an e-mail to the court. "I don't know why anybody would want to do that," he said.

Uh huh.. so if faked an email because some guy I didn't like got a ticket for speeding, and he was totally innocent, my email would be entered as his guilty plea without him ever needing to show up to court.

That's awesome. I totally want to live in a world where random people could easily convince the justice system that I admitted to committing a crime. Please oh please mister criminal justice system, put me away because some overzealous court administrator thought it would be good PR and save the taxpayers a buck or two.

I intend to develop software agents that will fight the tickets issued by government-operated software bots and agents. If you get nabbed by a red light camera, you can run my patented "Bot-Guilty" program, which will negotiate a not-guilty plea from the government's MSJustice system. Or, if you prefer open source, try my PHPOpenSue to try to get a few extra bucks out of the system. As a bonus, it searches the internet for class-action suits related to products that you have bought electronically, and automatically attaches you to any tobacco money secured by your state or local jurisdiction.

If you don't like someone, send a fake email. Above it was suggested that one fake a guilty email. But there is worse. How about insulting the judge in the fake email. Turn a minor traffic offense into major contempt of court.
