I just turn off my breaker for an hour.

What's with everybody getting so excited about getting the Weeners in lately?

I thought DST was extended by 2 or 3 weeks on both sides -- and wouldn't it have been last week under the old system? So we got shorted at least a week? That's crap.

I'm always excited about Weeners. Seriously though, I refreshed, like, 5 times and there were no posts. I didn't have anything relative to say, and I've never had a *boobies* before.

If you're confused about putting your weener in something, please read the manual, or take it in to the store for help.

I read the manual and it is the 'Tab A' that fits snuggly in 'Slot B'.

I bet you could make some serious dough going door-to-door, charging the old people a quarter a clock to set their time back and hour.

You could call yourself the clock blocker because it's catchy.

I think I just got stupider simply from reading this article. If my 82-year-old grandmother can set her own clocks back, your average American should be able to. In a perfect world, that is.

\hooray for analog

To be honest, I never set my VCR clock in the first place. I know how, I just never saw the point. The power around here goes out more frequently than I would like, and it's too much trouble to re-set it every time. Besides, I figure, if my life ever depends upon me knowing what time it is based on a VCR clock, I'm screwed anyway.

/So, at 2am, the clocks go back one hour?
//Man, I hope my boss knows
///Heh, I can just see him showing up at work an hour early and being all pissed

Clocks are frequently used for telling time. Sometimes they must be reset in order to show the correct time.

FTFA: People with atomic clocks, which automatically reset themselves to the Universal Time do not need to be concerned with adjusting clocks. But battery-run, time-keeping devices will need a little attention.

Uhh, does she know that atomic clocks are not, in fact, run by fission reactors?

2007-11-02 11:25:55 PM
a clock should either pull it's time from a server somewhere, or you should be able to set it by physically moving the minute hand. nothing in between is satisfactory.

Average Consumer: So does the sink come standard with the boulder or are these features for more exspensive clocks? Can I use the sink in my kitchen in an emergency? This won't make me sterile will it?

Below-Average Consumer: I need a new clock to wake me up on election day to vote for Ron Paul.

Yeah, well if the news outlets would stop producing this idiotic drivel and finally get around to something worthwhile, like telling me how to coupe with the media causing everyone to becoming so dim-witted and pussified...well then I'd know what to do, and problem solved.

Stoopid news peoples and there confusicatin folkses, it ant rite.

I hate that the term "atomic clock" has come to mean something completely stupid. Its not a farking atomic clock dammit. It's a clock that's synced up to your local radio station.
