next they're gonna report that it didn't happen in Turkey! =)

2002-10-01 02:56:34 AM
Turkey doesn't even exist!

2002-10-01 05:07:52 AM
Listen, just because the information was complete bollocks is no reason to stop muttering darkly about Iraq and their sinister plans for world domination.

Also, uranium is such a made up word - who would be afraid of that? Now, blowthefarkoutofyouonium is something I could really get all hysterical about.

2002-10-01 06:31:39 AM
Well, I'll bet THAT little piece of info really pissed off the asshats who were trying to flog it off. heh.

Lets expose the people who really supplied saddam with his evil weapons!

Well, good.

Now if these guys (from the taxi) are medical students, we can expect to see them on CNN.

Of course, Turkey will probably execute them just to play it safe.

A bit offtopic but I wonder which despot my government supports today will be the next Immediate-threat-that-we-must-depose-RIGHT-NOW.

Frickin' stupid media.

2002-10-01 07:32:49 AM
And that is relevant to what exactly Skwidd?

I thought we were discussing fake uranium scares, not me.

I don't know, maybe I'm a little paranoid, but that "Uranium" was discovered a little too close to the UN vote for me not to believe it's a plant.

Skwidd
"This rating badge means I get to shoot guns [and] missiles at the little brown people when my corporate-Zionist controlled government mind-controls me to do so."

Is that the same training that resulted in a chineese embesy being mistakenly bombed and some canadian soliders being mistakenly bombed?

Come Blumph we all know the US Navy hasnt blown up a civilian airliner for years!

"Come Blumph we all know the US Navy hasnt blown up a civilian airliner for years!"

Makes me wonder, do US fighter jets have coin-op slots in them.

2002-10-01 08:49:50 AM
don't blame the pilots. It's just all the speed they've been taking to keep flying sorties.

2002-10-01 09:24:02 AM
Hummm, gone quiet, has Skwidd used his stress card or something?

2002-10-01 09:27:23 AM
He might be back on duty, those decks don't sweep themselves you know!

2002-10-01 09:30:40 AM
Hey, when did Curly join the Navy?

2002-10-01 09:31:47 AM
"He might be back on duty, those decks don't sweep themselves you know!"

Maybe back on the practice range, shooting the side of a barn from 5 paces, 40% hit rate for a pass.

2002-10-01 09:40:46 AM
You dont really think they would let him near a live missile do you B?

Even a broom is a risk judging by his posts.

:)

Jeeze, Skwidd. You're a fire control tech. Congrats. All I got was a Set of keys and a pair of Dolphins. I suck.

Harmonia,

Again I want to thank for pointing out what a misunderstood gentle man Saddam is. Why even Satan cannot resist his charms. Are you a "Saddams really a cuddly guy" lobbyist? If you aren't you should be.

2002-10-01 10:04:22 AM
And I also want to thank the protestors worldwide who condemn the evil America's attempt to discredit this wide and prudent man, Saddam.

2002-10-01 10:11:01 AM
Kinghorse

And I would like to thank the US for enabling the mess that is the middle-east to prosper unhindered by supporting terrorist groups and totalitarian states when it suits US intrests.

It will be entertaing viewing to see what death, destructions and new generations of terrorists America will create in the aftermath of a full assult on Iraq.
We all know that you don't solve the problem by finding its root cause and fixing it, you need to use big bombs 'cause they fix everything.

2002-10-01 10:13:33 AM
Kinghorse, some of us were pointing out what a bastard Saddam was when the UK and US govts were happily selling him weapons.

Did you happen to read the yahoo link above about how the USA sold Saddam all his biologicla weapons?

Still easier just to throw a slur around than actually think for yourself, as we have seem that is not your strongest point!

So....who likes pie?

2002-10-01 10:19:25 AM

2002-10-01 10:23:16 AM
What type of pie...?

2002-10-01 10:27:08 AM
I was thinking rhubarb, although I may have some apple pie around the place.

2002-10-01 10:29:52 AM
In that case, count me in.

So this brings the terrorist alert system to what? mauve? Lime green?

I think the official warning color has been upgraded to "Perriwinkle Blue". Run for the hill folks.

Sound a bit like this...

Bush announces: 'It may take another 98 years to find bin Laden unless we've got him already.' In a TV address, standing next to a large veiled object, the President continues: 'For security reasons I cannot reveal whether this titanium steel canister does or does not contain the terror atrocity, Mr bin Laden. But I give the American people my word: bin Laden has definitely been or will be captured. I have ordered that this box be placed, with its contents either full or empty, at the foot of the Lincoln memorial, and opened in 2099. In the meantime, I would ask you to remember that any future video statements by Mr bin Laden could well have been recorded before we put him in this containment. Unless he isn't in there.'

Terror's march backwards

2002-10-01 10:35:52 AM
Hmmm, sounds like a shell game to me. Flood the boarders with people bringing in lead containers. Learn the police methods, then use this info to your advantage when bringing the real stuff in. Terrorists be crafty devils, eh?

Don't you people know America is god's chosen country? He has given us supreme authority over life and death(regardless of guilt). He has bestowed on us the divine ability to determine who is evil and who is not. You need to get with the progrom. : )

2002-10-01 10:59:03 AM
For Chrest's sake, y'all, I knew it wasn't even uranium. It says right on the piece of shait, "youranium"

2002-10-01 11:04:52 AM
You mispelt Pogrom there Keylock.

;)

2002-10-01 11:05:17 AM
Blumf,
who is this "bin Laden" fellow that you speak of? Did you know that Dubya hasn't even made an unprompted mention of his name since March 8th? I guess we've got a new "Evil Doer" to go after. And hey, who am I to disagree?
War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength.

Tommyg

I wouldn't possibly know who your talking about.

Also I don't know anything about a serise of attacks where anthrax was posted to various people. If such an attack did happen I'm sure the FBI would have found the culprit within a few months.

Keylock71's misspelling of 'progrom' in the phrase 'get with the progrom' is kinda funny if you look at it like this;

prog[ram] as in RAM memory, changable
prog[rom] as in ROM memory, fixed, like Bush and Blair's policy on attacking Iraq.

Hell its funny to me, but then I'm a sad loner geek.

sigh......
