yeah, at our local hookah bar here, my friends and I got one once that was coffee flavored. It was great for about 3 minutes, then it was terrible.

Big fan of the tropical punch flavor. And orange - at the hookah place here, they put orange soda and ice cubes in the bottom of the pipe when you get orange.

I once had some moron roommates that did this. Snappin a 'baccy, they called it. Broke off a quarter of a cigarette, and used a plastic bong. Eventually I conceded this one room of the house to them - I called it the Den o' Slack.

My girlfriend and I use a waterpipe for smoking something other than tobacco. She's an ex-cigarette smoker, and says what she enjoys most about the waterpipe is the smoking sensation itself. I'm not sure if I'm glad she has a safer diversion, or afraid that it may lead her back to cigarettes.

Smoking tobacco through a hookah can be pretty relaxing. Getting something like double apple or mixed fruit makes the smoke you pull in taste like kool-aid.

I work at a tobacco shop, the disparity is there but it's not ridiculous. The town has a paraphernalia law, we could sell water pipes, screens, hookah parts, etc., but the paperwork is ridiculous and it's an old-school shop anyway. We sell papers, and that's about it.

Back in my "rhymes-with-seed" days, I came across some study that said water-pipes/hookahs were worse than using cigarette-papers. Apparently, more tar & resin is caught on the paper than what the water removes. Surprised me.

A real treat - half cannabis, half shisha. Mmmmm. Especially if you get a flavor that compliments the particular strain of cannabis you have. Good, high grade nuggets + mango shisha = heaven.

If hookah smoking is "just as addicting" doesn't that exonerate Big Tobacco from accusations they're putting in all kinds of additives in their nicotine delivery systems to make their cigs even more addicting?
