I bought the book Tuesday and took it to the local pub for a read.
3 hours and 8 pints later, I finished one of the funniest books I've read since the last Onion book.

I listened to the whole audio book and it's hilarious. I think it'd be funnier than reading it, as his tone and delivery are so amazing.

It was the same with Jon Hodgman's book, though I have to say that one is also hilarious in its own right. I bought my copy of this and have tomorrow off from work, so I intend on getting through it. I expect only greatness!

Thank you Mr. Limbaugh for your input. It is always nice to hear from someone who has a clear unbiased and objective view on what is funny. I'd like a copy of the metrics used to measure "funny" so I can apply them myself.

I got to go to the show the day the book came out (total coincidence). They gave a copy to everyone in the audience. And yes, that man is hilarious in person as well as on camera. I haven't finished it yet, but what I have read has been great.

I find one of the funniest things Colbert does is loudly announce ridiculous things as though he truely believes them while keeping a relatively straight face. The thing that bothered me about Jon Stewart is that he giggles CONSTANTLY.

The whole book is that funny, even the back chapters, which isn't usually the case. Strong the whole way through. He is the funniest man on TV, IMO.

Would I miss much if I just got the audiobook version? Is is similar to Jon Stewart's book, where much of the humor is in the pictures/captions/extras?
