New River Gorge Bridge, West Virginia, 1993. Taken with a cheap disposable waterproof camera that I purchased at a local Wal-Mart.

That bridge, to my knowledge, is still the longest single span arch bridge in the world at over 3000 feet long. The roadbed is about 800 feet above the surface of the river. The smaller bridge down below is much closer to the spot from which I took this photo, and is probably about 50 feet above the river.
