Sorry guys, for not responding sooner, I got tied up here (some real, actual work had to be done..!). Yes, I did reserve a room, but I ended up getting rid of it because there wasn't enough interest (the room was $200 and accommodated 100 people...I wasn't going to waste food and room for no reason, so we're all
just meeting there now in the main room).

Have you ever been to the State College Hooters? Worst idea ever. Every other bar already had hot waitresses with better prices and usually better food. The Hooters here kinda gets the left overs when it comes to waitresses...

true story: I was out at the All-American Rathskeller (The Skeller) on Friday and an Iowa fan was there and ordered a captain & coke, and 2 bottles of beer. When he asked how much, the bartender said "$6.25." The Iowa alum said, "Are you serious? I got 2 bottles and a mixed drink..." The bartender replies with "The bottle of Yuengling is $2.25; the bottle of Sam Adams is $2.25; and the Captain and Coke is $2: $6.25," to which the Iowa guy replies "no wonder Penn State is in the top 5 drinking schools every year. It's so damn cheap to drink here. In Iowa City, this would cost over $10."

I just smiled at my $12 tab for 6 double Jack & cokes :)

I've been to a Hooters once in my entire life. Coincidentally (or not, considering I lived in Pittsburgh at the time,) it was the one in Station Square. One of my friends was having a bachelor party at Blush, and they decided we should meet up at Hooters for some pre-titty bar food. I had never been there before, so I always just kinda assumed it was something retarded and gimmicky like "Fridays with tits" or something. I walked in, and the waitress asked what I wanted to drink. Being a young lad with no taste in alcohol at the time, I ordered a rum and coke. The waitress explained to me that "Hooters does not serve liquor. We are a family restaurant." Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.

Hooters can't even be described as "Fridays with tits" since you can order liquor at Fridays. I've not been to a Hooters since.

This night ended with a stripper at Blush trying to extort ten dollars out of one of my friends. She told him that if he didn't give her ten extra dollars after a lapdance, she was going to tell the cop at the door that he molested her. I was high, so I just suggested that we leave. We did.
