See yins there!

buntz: If anyone has any questions or may need a ride, EIP or IM me (also in profile)

Yeah, me too. buntz has the North Hills covered, and I'm coming from the South Hills, so if anyone needs a ride or anything let me know.

I am like 60-40 on coming but I am not driving anyone or giving anyone my real name. Especially not that weird CMU kid who runs all the time.

2007-10-08 10:02:47 AM
I might try to make it, couldn't say for sure yet.

2007-10-08 10:44:39 AM
You all should move it to a Chuck E. Cheese. I hear there's some real fun times to be had there. Not to mention the after-party in the parking lot.

I just may think about possibly considering maybe weighing the idea
of debating about the premise of mention to myself that I could
slightly presume I barely could attend. Or not.

Me too. Well...I'll think about it. Maybe. We'll see. Probably likely. I don't know...perhaps? Possibly.

If you two are making fun of me I won't hear it and I won't respond to it.

LawTalkingGuy: If you two are making fun of me I won't hear it and I won't respond to it.

I wouldn't make fun of you. Not even if you show up at the party with bloody nipples.

2007-10-08 01:02:45 PM
I'll be in Pittsburgh in December....moving there! yay!

Yeah, what's up with him? Egotistical health freak; I think the party'll be a lot better without him. Anyway, I hear he's not even of age so we can all just get drunk and laugh at him.

That's enough of this talk. If anyone messes with our resident smut peddler, they're going to have to answer to ME!

Hooters sucks!

Station square bar louie is a better bet.
Or we need a Fark party at Fathead's....

Yes, I live in Seattle, Washington.

I always say "The Steelers suck" in Pittsburgh topics. Sometimes I don't really "mean" it.

Trust me, Im not bitter, I just always say that because I despise the Steelers. They don't even deserve a capital "S" in the franchise name.

Good game though, goodluck to the Steelers, really.

Sincerely,

I.S.B.W.R.N.

P.S.

Tell Worthlessburger to wear a helmet.

Also, if someone buys me a ticket to Pittsburgh, you guys can all poke fun at me and call me a Seahawks fan.

I'd LOVE it!

Hey, cool!!! A Monday Fark Party in the Burgh? Wait, Tomlin and Crew on MNF that night or something? Will try to be there, maybe, somewhat, for a little time, I think, perhaps, you know...etc, etc., yadda, yadda, yadda, et nauseum. Needs to see the platypusjones there, too.

2007-10-08 02:56:21 PM
hehehehe...so, let's all buy him a ticket to Pittsburgh...it'll be an extra $10 a person, I'll bet, and we'll get a pinata!!!!!!

Oh wait...I'm a Buffalo fan...my team never beats the Stillers. Of course, lately, they don't beat much of anyone...*sigh*

Actually, no...someone should have mentioned that in the headline...It's Saturday, October 20th.

Don't worry, I have already made it very clear that we will never have another Fark Party during a football game EVAR--preseason or not.

Anyone interested in the Pens vs. Carolina game the night before? Pre-game at the Souper Bowl and post game at Casey's, Fathead's, and/or St. James Place...

Not THAT far, darlin. :)

I didn't realize they had a hooters there. I usually jump past everything for green room / funny bone.

I may actually show up to one of these. I wanted to come out to the BBQ one at north park.

2007-10-08 03:19:54 PM
Listen, folks, it's very hard to organize one of these things where we ALL agree on the place.

We had it at Church Brew Works and people complained a beer was $6
We had a summer picnic, everyone complained it was too far away
We decided to pick a Pittsburgh CENTRALIZED location that has pretty good food, and boobies!

Bar Louie, to be honest, is too nice for what a Fark party is!
South Side bars are not good either and there is no parking!

Just tried to make it easiest on everyone. So lets stop with all that negative comments.

Chances are you're too scared to come to a Fark Party to begin with if the deciding factor is WHERE it's held.

To the rest of you, I look forward to seeing you there.

2007-10-08 03:23:00 PM
I can't believe your Fark Party is at a Hooters. How farking pathetic.

I'll be there

Stay classy, Pittsburgh.

/not in PA either, but a bunch of Farkers from Pittsburgh going to Hooters for a get-together is just hilarious to me. Don't you people have anything but chain restaurants to go to?

superLJ but a bunch of Farkers from Pittsburgh going to Hooters for a get-together

Um, what do you expect. We are talking about Pittsburgh here.

SuperLJ: Don't you people have anything but chain restaurants to go to?

Someone wanna post pictures of the Church Brewworks Fark Party? Nothing says "chain restaurant" like a microbrewer in a cathedral where the vats are on the altar and the confessional is the liquor cabinet.

mrapier: I can't believe your Fark Party is at a Hooters. How farking pathetic.

Hi! Welcome to Fark! The main interests here are boobies and beer! Luckily, Hooters has both of those in ample supply.

So wait. What's the problem again?

2007-10-08 03:35:44 PM
Thanks for making my obvious point more obvious.

2007-10-08 03:36:43 PM
ms. bigglesworth: Um, what do you expect. We are talking about Pittsburgh here.

You don't even list where you live. I can only assume you're too embarrassed. Don't worry - it's fine to be envious of Pittsburgh. Sometimes, even we don't know what to do with all of our awesome. It's just too much to hold in.

2007-10-08 03:37:34 PM
LOL...my oh my...in case some of you couldn't figure it out from buntz's post... You can either come to the party, or don't. If you don't like where it is, then the simple answer is don't show up. The ones who don't mind coming out will have a great time, and for the ones that would rather not? That's fine too. Some of us wanted to pick a place that doesn't charge a cover to get in, isn't blaring music so loud you can't even hear yourself think, let alone socialize, and is in a central location. If you want it somewhere else, then maybe you should start participating in the threads that specifically ask for input on the next party location.

/What's more pathetic, the party venue, or whining about it on the internet?
//Especially if you don't even live here and have no intention of showing up in the first place

2007-10-08 03:37:34 PM
mrapier: I can't believe your Fark Party is at a Hooters. How farking pathetic.

As opposed to the last three, that were in two local breweries, and an outdoor picnic?

It's easy to find, centrally located, and it's not like this is going to be the last one.

I was thinking the same thing. It's not like there aren't 1000 bars to choose from roughly a mile down on Carson or anything.

I don't live in Pittsburgh, so I didn't realize the dire situation you have with restaurants and whatnot. I'll STFU now.

/still think Hooters is a bad choice
