The police should do her children & the world a favor & shoot her in the head. As bad as foster care can be in the U.S., these kids are still better off not being around their "mother".

That being said, I won't be a bit surprised to hear that at some point in the future, the courts will return her children to her & we'll be reading their obituaries.

True, but studies have shown that cocaine can pass into the woman's breastmilk. With a baby that young, it probably wouldn't take much, even in a diluted, metabolized form in the breastmilk to sicken or kill an infant.
