Millenia and the Timenoids wanted for questioning...

I wonder how much Ark a multi kill trap like that costs.

\thank you, China, for allowing me to make a video game reference today

Anyone know what the dying process would be in this case? death by inhalation of fumes? suffocation I suppose would be the correct term...just curious (or perhaps a little twisted) - could be added to "the list of worst ways to die"

offacue: If I were to build a house on top of an abandoned pool of cyanide, I would use at least two wooden boards for the floor.

LMAO!

Kind of a tough sell for a real estate agent...

This beautiful little cottage sits over a delightful pool of cyanide. You'll be living in extravagant comfort with a full one wood beam of support. Be the envy of all your friends who live in asbestos mounds and dung holes.

When inhaled, hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN - German brand name during WWII, Zyklon B) ionizes in the mucus in the lungs and the CN ion prevents cellular respiration. It's also the most common poison used in gas chambers for execution in the US - it's simple and cheap to do, drop a cyanide salt into a container of acid (usually sulfuric.)

Holy shiat....on the one hand, that's sad. On the other...how stupid do people have to be to a) leave a standing pool of cyanide, one of the more deadly poisons out there, b) build a house over that pool of cyanide, c) build that house poorly, and d) gather a large number of people inside a flimsy house built on a pool of cyanide to discuss arrangements for teh funeral of someone who died of cyanide poisoning? There are so many levels of stupid here it's hard to comprehend.

What luck!! Now they have a new, prime location for their new school/fireworks factory!!
I work at an automotive electronics supplier, in 2000 ROC sent us their new, glorious 8 passenger van, 6 feet wide, 7 feet tall, 8 feet long, 55 horsepower. The driver was THE FRONT BUMPER. We still have it. It was dubbed the DeathTrap 2000. I'm sure hundreds of thousands have died in them.

Mr. Sticks: Right, so Cathy puts the coats up right next to my preserved brain collection, and she wants me to move 'em because she thinks it's not hygenic.
Jerry: I don't understand how there's such a lack of appreciation for that backlight coming through the glass of the jars that the brains are in, and it just looks cool.
Mr. Sticks: You've seen that?
Jerry: Why move it? That's the point of putting it next to the window. I'm sure you've explained that to Cathy, but she honestly doesn't get it.

Crown_of_Shoes:

Maybe I'm a worry wort, but when are we going to find out just how many kids WERE poisoned?

When they try to take their SAT's?

I'm a definite worry wort especially about lead and my kid. I have not heard of many cases of lead poisoning but who knows how long this has gone on. I cant understand why people aren't more pissed about this.

But the others didn't go in to save him, they went in to discuss funeral arrangements...

You're talking about the people who tore apart their own Great Wall of China, brick by brick, to make shiatty houses.
