Tripped over this myself a week or two ago when I go Summoner myself. This clip is an absolute howl.

I saw this several months ago, but I had no luck finding who created it. The Dead Alewives, eh? Really good clip, btw. One of my friends has -heard- this before, but not this particular version. He thinks it was originally on Saturday Night Live. Anyway, it is definitely a funny clip and I'm about to look at some more from the Dead Alewives.

This clip is almost a year old...DJ's were playing this on the air here in DC about six months ago...still, very funny tho.

I never played D&D as a kid, but I still thought it was hilarious.

Akazanar: It's even funnier if you have.

The only thing they were missing was somebody biatching about people touching his dice.

Lol. I've seen this a few months ago. Still funny though.

I believe it was on the Dr. Demento radio show

The audio in the clip is part of an old Dr. Demento radio skit. It was a "secret insider view" of what goes on in the supposedly satanic and evil game. Classics never die.

Old news, over three months ago... Still funny though!!

"Roll the dice to see if I'm getting drunk yet!"

can't tell you how many times I've said that...

This is at least the second time its been on fark, probably at least third. But nonetheless, it is funny as hell.

Funny stuff... This skit never seems to not make me laugh.
Three years listening to this skit, yet it's almost always funny... "Magic missile" has become a sort of catch-phrase around our house... Sort of for when someone does something particularly stupid or weird.

I guess you had to be there.

That DnD audio track is pretty old.. i remember hearing it on the Demento show sometime in 1997, and back then they were calling it a classic.

You can download the MP3 here :

Saw this a while back and loved it. Now I say "I wanna do them!" during our D&D games.
