Oh no he didn't!

2007-09-24 02:49:18 PM
Yow. Welcome to New York.

2007-09-24 02:49:20 PM
This is what it takes to be called a hero? Petty namecalling? Ok...

2007-09-24 02:49:34 PM
definitely deserves hero tag, but shouldn't have allowed him to speak at all.

Azu
2007-09-24 02:49:35 PM
Don't tase him, bro.

2007-09-24 02:49:35 PM
But Hillary hasn't even taken office yet. Oh, wait....nevermind.

2007-09-24 02:50:04 PM
I believe this sets the bar for "teachable moment".

2007-09-24 02:50:27 PM
If an "accident" were going to happen, now would be the time.

2007-09-24 02:50:27 PM
Why invite the man to speak if only to first insult him? Maybe those pro-war folks should be GLAD they were rejected.

2007-09-24 02:50:53 PM
What kind of power does he think he has to call him a dictator?

2007-09-24 02:50:56 PM
got to do something to appease the masses...OMG.

just think if the mainstream media would have kept out of it, everyone at Columbia (who obviously wanted him there) could have just enjoyed their speaker.

Not saying it is alright for him to be doing this with his actions of late, but damn i wish everyone would mind their own business. if you dont want to see him....DONT GO!

2007-09-24 02:51:05 PM
Hero? WTF?

2007-09-24 02:51:40 PM
Today is a low day for Heroes everywhere.

2007-09-24 02:51:41 PM
some damage control there.

I'll let him speak, but I better not look like I WANT him to be here.

"So everyone please extend a warm, garbage juice welcome to Mr I'm in a jar."

2007-09-24 02:51:50 PM
vygramul: Maybe those pro-war folks should be GLAD they were rejected.

Are you insinuating that being pro-war makes you gay?

2007-09-24 02:52:01 PM
That was fantastic - Bollinger ripped him a a new one as an intro followed by ahmadinnerjacket refering to him as "that guy" and "whoever that dude was". Then of course he went off on his patented psycho-islamo rant followed by the "questions and no answers" session.

2007-09-24 02:52:13 PM
If this was pre-planned, the guy deserves a hero tag. Come to think of it, he did it introducing the weird-beard, so he deserves "big brass ones" award. DAMN!

2007-09-24 02:52:22 PM
Why yes keep taunting the guy was was happy just making us think he's crazy. Poke him a bunch with a big stick and maybe he'll actually become the monster we want him to be. Then Americans can say "SEE! We told you he was nuts!"

Did you learn NOTHING from Columbine?

2007-09-24 02:52:26 PM
FTFA: But he said the region could didn't need U.S. help.

/*facepalm*

2007-09-24 02:52:30 PM
Then president Ahmadinejad replied 'nu-uh... neener neener neener'

2007-09-24 02:52:42 PM
It really lacked elegance. I thought that was what the Q&A aspect of the debate was for. Despite how truthful Bollinger's statements were, when they talk about this in Iran the context will be Americans' terrible reception of their leader. Diplomatically it was a boneheaded--albeit cathartic, I suppose--move.

2007-09-24 02:52:56 PM
Ahmedouchebag just announced that there are no gays in Iran, at all.

I guess after you're done executing them all, he's technically right.

2007-09-24 02:53:01 PM
That's right. Damn anti-zonist.

2007-09-24 02:53:01 PM
FrancoFile: I believe this sets the bar for "teachable moment".

LOL. One of my favorite euphamisms.

2007-09-24 02:53:13 PM
"In Iran, we don't have homosexuals, like in your country. I don't know who told you that."

-Mahmoud Ahmadenijad

2007-09-24 02:53:21 PM
"But he said the region could didn't need U.S. help." What?

2007-09-24 02:53:29 PM
I was under the impression that the President of Iran didn't have any actual power in his country. He's an asshole to be sure, but how can he be a petty and cruel dictator?

2007-09-24 02:53:31 PM
Play with the best, go down in flames like the rest.

Welcome to the land of the free, a**wipe...

Yeah, that's what it takes.

Poop head.

****SUMMON CZAR****

2007-09-24 02:53:41 PM
see previous post about snipers and baiting people in....

2007-09-24 02:53:49 PM
Wow, both presidents had good points. I guess even an uneducated dictator can be right from time to time.

2007-09-24 02:53:52 PM
"If the Holocaust is a reality of our time, a history that occurred, why is there not sufficient research that can approach the topic from different perspectives?" he asked.

What the hell does this even mean?

2007-09-24 02:53:53 PM
B-b-but he's a libtard who wants to let terror speak!

2007-09-24 02:53:53 PM
I was always led to believe that Columbia University was full of pinko commie liberal hippie types.

/glad to see someone have the balls to break that stereotype

2007-09-24 02:53:54 PM
AMERICA! F*CK YEAH!

/Team America World Police theme just came into my head.

2007-09-24 02:54:00 PM

Was he invited to speak, or to debate?

Side note: State Dept likes it when Ahmadinejad to speak to the masses, as they feel that he's enough of an unrestrained firebrand to burn his own cause. Never mind that he's more of a figurehead than a ruler.

2007-09-24 02:54:09 PM
Wow, if that's what the CU president said in public, Ahmadinejad better thank Allah he had a private escort and didn't have to hear what some cabbie thought of him.

2007-09-24 02:54:11 PM
It would have been more meaningful if Bollinger had waited for the audience had boo Ahmadinejad off the stage after one of his tirades about the Holocaust.

It's tough making friends when you're a hostile nutt-job.

2007-09-24 02:54:46 PM
I am confused. Isn't Columbia supposed to be a lieberal stronghold and Iran is the hated enemy of America and thus Iran and Columbia are good friends?

But seriously...

Jesus, man. The leader of Iran must have tried to buy the university President's wife or something. Way to spread any semblance of good will.

2007-09-24 02:55:02 PM
wow. another trolling greenlight.

2007-09-24 02:55:05 PM
I want to cause an international incident too.

Apparently so, you butt dumpling.

/wants a HERO tag

FTFA "If the Holocaust is a reality of our time, a history that occurred, why is there not sufficient research that can approach the topic from different perspectives?" he asked.

This is a valid point. Also, I'd like research done on the Vitnam War. Did the U.S. actually leave in defeat? I don't believe so.

Further more, let's do a little research into last Tuesday. Did it occur as some would claim, or did Wednesday begin once Monday ended?

What? What is wrong with questioning history? If in fact these events did happen, then what harm would a little research do?

/Good on Columbia
//For letting him speak, and for the president letting him know what most really think about him

2007-09-24 02:55:19 PM
This will be a youtube favorite. He FLOORED Ahmadinejad.

2007-09-24 02:55:33 PM
No homos in Iran? Well, I guess that explains his suit.

2007-09-24 02:55:41 PM

*grumble* when groups invite *grumble*

Need to be more careful when editing. Point being, his fiery speech makes it easier to portray him as both crazy and evil.

2007-09-24 02:55:45 PM

2007-09-24 02:55:50 PM
Yes he did and it was gloriously wonderful.
