I dislike saggy pants as much as anyone else, and for years I wished that someone would do something about it, but I didn't want a law passed to combat it. Especially when we know that the people they fine will NOT pay the fine.

For whatever it's worth, in all my travels, living in various not-so-nice neighborhoods, I've never met one person with overly saggy pants that was doing anything with their life or worth a damn. In fact, they were detriments to society, and involved with crime.
