They are cool shoes. Obviously designed using some 3d modeling package. Would be even neater if they came with interchangeable pieces.

Also, if you visit the Balenciaga website you can see that the inspiration for half of this season's footwear is Timberlands, snowboard bindings and Trek sandals. There's a version of the shoe in the article in a greyscale color palette, and those are even hotter.

The funny thing is Lego actually makes a shoe. It's based on that Bionical shiat. It has to be the most retarded product they make.

Put them in decent colors and they might not be so bad. Maybe stick to just one color with grey and/or black.

Even with bright colors, as long as they use only one, it doesn't look nearly as bad. It might look pretty good with the right outfit.

It also makes more business sense this way. One shoe style with every color means you buy one pair of shoes and you are done. 4 different shoes each with a single color means people might buy more than one pair.

I do NOT understand the replies drooling over these shoes. They're HIDEOUS! My god. If I wanted to wear some clunky, gaudy and awfully-colored plastic crap with bolts sticking out of it, I'd wear these.
