That shoe has a bad case of teh ghey.

The Sportiletto, from a top designer, is a Lego-like high-heel.

Those shoes are so hideous, the designer won't even put their name on them.

2007-09-12 12:28:20 AM
fark yeah I want those. They can keep the grey sock and ugly pants, though.

2007-09-12 12:29:00 AM
They'd sell more if it was $3000. Some people are so easily separated from their money by the fashion and beauty industry it amazes me they had the brains to make the money they waste in the first place.

It reminds me of anal sex.

I came in here to laugh at that stupid "all girls love shoes" myth but you know what? I actually want those shoes. You could just wear a plain black dress and let the shoes be the focal point of the outfit.

It's very new wave meets the toy box. Looks uncomfy though....

2007-09-12 12:33:20 AM
Why is she wearing gray socks with those shoes?! Isn't that a fashion faux pas, akin to wearing socks with sandals? Perhaps it'd be better with sheer hosiery.

/under homo suspicion for worrying about women's fashions

I never understood the Harlequin movement in the Dub scene, kinda like I don't understand these shoes!

I suppose it's okay if you want to see ladies falling off their shoes. Cuz, that's ALWAYS funny.

2007-09-12 12:37:09 AM
It looks like an orthopedic brace. If you pay that much money for that thing, you're an idiot.

yet another reason why I believe the fashion industry is the most overbearing, self-righteous yet backward business in the world.

I'm almost 6' tall, so heels are a no.

But man, I'd love a pair of the 1-2-3 Rollerskates again.

two words:

Victoria Beckham

/and that I would love a shoe actually crafted out of legos.

I like 'em.

But only wear heels that high to bed however. Its not safe to walk in 'em much.

Anyone want to guess how many pennies it would cost to make a plastic knockoff that looked exactly the same?

2007-09-12 12:43:48 AM
I'm guessing that the writer, Laura Stott, has never touched a Lego block in her entire life. Or seen one either. I'm surprised she was able to spell it.

Dear anyone who would pay $1500 for shoes, especially these shoes,

drjekel_mrhyde:

That looks like some shiat you'd buy from Indians (the smokeshop/casino owning kind) at their road-side truck stops. Maybe it's all the turquoise color, and how they look like they were weaved from burlap.

The concept behind those is actually kinda cool, though. Shoes FTA look like something a two year old would wear, with a heel added, because "fashion" and "comfort" are mutually exclusive.

Wow, I used to have a pair of those 1-2-3 skates... I was so sad when I couldn't fit my feet in them anymore...

Well, go buy you a pair and prance in them on your webcam for us then. I might pay 1500 for that.
